"Just had Ezpizzi out for a deep clean. First time using them. I now need sunglasses inside! More than met my expectations!!! My house was a wreck because I have been having back problems. They happily cleaned every inch!"
"We were excited to work this company and ended up extremely disappointed. We paid for the initial deep clean on a week that we were away on vacation. We returned to full trash cans, nothing at all moved while cleaning counters (despite this exact thing being on the list of what they said they’d do), and generally nothing seeming to be actually cleaned. When I reached out to politely express this concern, we were literally told “Well, your house was too cluttered.” (It’s not, and every visitor we’ve ever told this story to has been appalled). Would not recommend the results OR customer service, sadly. ETA: No where in your response to me was the 24 hour return policy noted or offered, so it certainly wasn’t rejected. There were also other items discussed that you admitted should not have happened. This was summer of 2022, though I’m not sure why that would matter."
