"If your ability to determine the appropriateness of your child's special education program is heavily depended on a forensic psychological and educational report do not use this company. The principal, does not adhere to the Ethical and Professional Standards for Forensic Psychology as laid out by the American Psychology Association. She is not professional in her conduct toward clients, engages in deceptive billing practices, is not fair and balanced, and is resistant in providing the thinking behind her conclusions. She does not provide written diagnoses for specific reading disabilities, and is not skilled enough to conduct forensic analysis of twice exceptional students that have consistently showed variance in performance inline with their learning profile. The reports she produces are rife with confirmation bias. And her overall opinion of a student is based on the few hours she spends with them in a single setting. Although she concedes that students may present differently at times, she is not intellectually honest enough, to include evaluations, teacher, and parent feedback that contradict her impression, even when the profile of the student is consistent through the years in this inconsistency. In fact she cherry picks observations from previous evaluations that adhere to her impression, she excludes data and questionnaires from teachers, and parents, if they contradict her opinion without justification. As such, she is not fair and balanced, and will go as far as including in the report hearsay from school administrators, without any factual basis that may support her overall opinion. Even when omissions and inconsistencies are pointed out, she refuses to review the material, to include additional reviews, or to include previous evaluations that pointed out these inconsistencies. As can be seen from their website reviews, the principal usually conducts outside evaluations on behalf of school districts and not on behalf of students and families. In the report she produced, she precluded the appropriateness of the student attending a private school, thereby adjudicating any dispute with the school district. Since these reports are very costly and cannot be repeated in less than 12 months, the inability to have a fair and balanced evaluation, with which we sought to obtain appropriate supports for our child was devastating. We were unable to place them in an appropriate school prior to covid, and the net effect is that they are now almost two years behind in their education."
