"Mediocre services here and will be looking for another primary care physician. I find that the medical personnel, particularly Dr. Carter and Linda Simmons are extremely dismissive and in-comprehensive, all the while lacking proper bed-side manner. I came in with an outbreak of hives, was prescribed wrong medicine, with no immediacy to get to the root of the issue by Linda. I had to constantly demand to get blood-work. I had to return a second time in the week, where I met with Zachary, who was a much better person to work with and showed attention to detail. Overall, I've been here three times and was never satisfied with the level of care that I received. The establishment is clean, nurses are friendly, and the people at the front desk are helpful, but that is not enough to keep me coming back."

"My primary care doctor is Dr. Carter for the last 3 years, also all of 3 children see him. The staff and nurse are amazing and the facility is clean and easy to park. Initially we had longer than normal wait on the phone, but now it has improved for scheduling. We will always come back since the quality of the medical care is top."

"Dr Carter is amazing but this office is absolutely terrible to deal with. Can never get in to see doctor, wait on hold to make appointment for over 25 mins, request you medical record to be sent to continue care and it’s been 45 days and no one will release it or help you. Office manager doesn’t return phone calls or concerns. I definitely do not recommend this practice! Very disappointed patient who is moving her and her children’s care elsewhere."

"I waited a month to get an appointment for a first time physical with Dr Billings-Figuroa. Both my husband and I got calls saying that due to an emergency they had to reschedule, though my husband's was with Dr Carter. Could not reach them though I called 3x to fix. I then reached someone and they told me only their NP was taking new patients. I explained that I had waited a month for an appointment, and I did not want to see a NP, first time physicals should be done by Drs in my opinion. Considering that I had gone to urgent care in the meantime while waiting and also I was concerned that if I really got sick and needed to be treated quickly to keep breastfeeding my baby that I could not either reach the office or make an appt with the Dr I wanted."
