I had represented myself the first 3 times, which I was denied twice and on the 3rd,I was declared partially approved meaning that the Judge determined that I was only disabled for the 2 years that I had my surgeries for Colon Rectal Cancer. "I contacted Linarducci Law initially out of frustration with the whole SSDI process and landed here. At first, they weren't going to take my case but decided to not only take it, but to stick by me until I finally received my win a number of years later. They were able to get some of my documents, but you have to do your own legwork as you're given a pile of documentations that you have to run down, copy, and then send to them. Some of my files were 200+ pages in length and that was just for one hospital! It's a very long and complicated process, that is not favorable for many under age 50. After you win, if you're on Medicaid, expect to have to reapply as Social security will put you on Medicare automatically. This is the only thing about the system that I haven't liked.
