"Absolutely horrible. Son was sick and went to see Dr on Thursday. Dr said if he wasn't better by Monday to call office for different meds. I called office on Monday and they said Dr was sick and was only doing video visits. Scheduled visit for Tuesday. Tuesday is here and no video appt scheduled on app. Call office to have them say that he must come to office to get triaged first and than sit in office for Dr to call him there! None of this was discussed when I called office to schedule appt!"

"My wife and I went in to his office on April 20th to get COVID testing. We made it very clear that we were leaving for a trip on Sunday the 24th and asked multiple times if we would get out results in time. They said yes. I received mine on time but my wife has not. We have spent the entire day searching for a record of her test being done and cannot find anything. Their offices are closed on weekends but they have someone on call. I spoke to this person and she was completely unwilling to help us. What is the point of having an on call person if they won’t help you. All we need to know is what information was put in at this office so that we can match it up with our online account and no one cares or is willing to help. Update: we just discovered that this office never processed or sent my wife’s test in at all."
