It was what he said, and it was how he said it; and I was both offended/disrespected also I was disappointed in my feeling that he lacked any empathy or bedside manner so with that said I will be seeking another practice and provider to address my needs with dignity and respect. "Dr. Smith and his staff are wonderful. The administration needs some work. Calls for information and prescription were delayed over a month. Authorization for procedures, prescription and treatment were not handled in a timely manner. Obviously your call center doesn’t work or communicate well."

"The scheduling was horrendous! Those people need more training At one point one associate said I didn’t have any account while another said I had 2 ! Too confusing to even explain what happened but once I arrived they were all friendly knowledgeable and professional My physicians assistant was very thorough and helpful. I left feeling good about the place"
