"The scan was fine. The billing was crazy. No first bill arrived though they claim one was sent. Six weeks after the scan alleged second bill arrived and included no date of service, no description of procedure, and a demand for payment, or they would send the bill to collections. I did a reverse search on the phone number on the letter and called their office to make sure the letter was not a scam. The staff member told me that's just how they do things. Not very professional."
