"I would rate 0 stars if I could. I broke my arm and they were asking for insurance cards then my father said he will pay on cash just what ever to make sure I was okay then they wouldn't take me in to see me or anything. Do not go here for your kid I would suggest AI Dupont. For adults go to Bee Bees"
"I would post "0 stars" if it were possible. This clinic has changed hands/ownership countless times, so I'm ALWAYS a "new patient" to them. At check-in, I filled out the form describing the issue for which I was seeking medical attention. Then, I sat in the waiting room for half an hour (or so) which is understandable. However, when my turn finally came, I was taken to the "treatment room" just long enough for "the doctor" to come in to tell me that they don't treat patients with that ailment ...and that I would have to go see a specialist instead. I only had a bum toenail but, OK....off I went to call The Specialist. 3 weeks later, I received a bill, from that Walk-In Clinic, for $40.00, which was MY portion of the total $230.00 they charged me for a 30-MINUTE NEW OUTPATIENT office visit !!! They should have told me at Check-In that they don't offer that type of care/treatment. Feeling RIPPED OFF by the experience. I should have driven the extra 15 minutes to the Beebe Walk-In facility. Who knows, maybe they would have charged me for an "office visit" too....but at least I could take solice in the fact that, in the past, my husband and I have always received top notch service and treatment there.....and that we are not NEW PATIENTS at every visit."
