"I would like to thank Beth the ceo for getting her staff to get my fmla paperwork done. The director was absolutely terrible. I would also like to thank ms Kim in clinical and Sam in nursing. This proved to me its all about what you make of it. Thank you Remy for all of your efforts. The staff is the best . They actually cared about me and showed guidance and support."

"My husband went to this facility. He signed papers to share information with me and set up family therapy. The facility, specifically his therapist, TED does NOT return calls. Additionally the facility lacks accommodations for visiting. There is only one time available a week for an in-person information setting and you need to wait to the following week for visiting. Unlike the rest of the world, the run down facility, does NOT know what docusign nor Skype or zoom is to make visiting more accessible for others. The phones do not work regularly. I would not recommend this place to others. Extremely unprofessional."

"My son's belongings were stolen after he was kicked out of building on 4/12/23 around 715pm for vaping in the bathroom. He wasn't allowed have his cell phone back and was told by staff to call in order to get his belongings the next day. The night staff in charge told my son his room would be kept locked and he assured their safety The next day we returned to get belongings. He was told to make an appointment but that wasn't relayed the night before. Staff reluctantly decided to get his belongings since he was on his way to a different facility. After 40 minutes 2 staff members walked out with EMPTY SUITCASES! They said they couldn't find his clothes or 6 pair of shoes. My son asked them to talk to Doris who admitted my son and did inventory sheet but that disappeared also. My son asked if they could call Doris but they refused, they also refused to check the rooms to see if his clothes were in there. Staff stated that if another patient says that the clothes belong to them that theirs nothing staff can do. When my son suggested they check video camera's staff said that's not part of their job requirements. When my son said he would wait till next smoke break to see if anyone had on his clothes or shoes he could prove it. Only then did staff claim that we had to leave and called local police. Police weren't helpful and staff clearly was lying about what took place. Not 1 attempt was made by staff to investigate 6 pairs of shoes and over $3k of brand new and expensive designer clothes. Their are witnesses to back up this story. No apology was made by Keystone staff The only crime committed was theft by staff and patients that day yet nothing was done by police accept an incident report. YET police were ready to lock up my son because he got loud after being told they weren't going to do anything."

"This place put me in precipitative withdrawal after I told them the last time of use. They don’t offer a diabetic menu nor an all-liquid menu for those who can’t keep food down. The nurses will tell you that they “Hate this place.” They offer no form of relief to those who can’t sleep at night. You must stay left in bed with your thoughts and depression. I’ll be reporting to my insurance company, as I encourage everyone else to do so as well."
