"We called to get our roof power washed. What we got was a chemical wash, not a power wash. The smell of bleach was very strong the day he did the work and the stale smell of an old sponge lingered for days. The gentleman didn’t say he would use these chemicals to clean the roof. On us… we didn’t ask about his process or procedure. However, on him, the name of the company is “Power Washing”, not chemical washing. The gentleman also tracked mud onto our porch. I understand there is going to be mud in an operation like this, but he should have cleaned it up. Following the procedure, we have chemically burnt bushes. Crossing our finger’s it doesn’t kill them. And he was just not a personable fellow."
