"Purchase my medicated glasses here and from day one they were crooked on my face. I’ve come back three times for adjustment and glasses are still crooked. I’m now being told it’s nothing they can do because it’s six months later but yet I’ve been there three times to get this problem fixed prior to the six months starting on day one buyer beware if your glasses not right on day one let them keep them get your money back. Do not and I mean do not walk away with anything wrong with your glasses because the chances of you getting it corrected or replace is slim to none. The last time I was there I was told to try and adjust the Mossa all because they couldn’t get it corrected now there’s nothing they can do. Yes it is Give me a new frame or give my money back."
