"The worst ever. No concern for patient life. Only to milk your insurance even they are not any issue with you. charge you no show even if you cancel appointment. They never picked up their phone for any reason. Dr. Palandjian Secretary never return your call. Stay away from this place... they are Zero Star...."

"Horrible service even if appointment canceled via phone within 24 hrs still charged a no show fee and there is no way to dispute it. Dr. Sheehan is worst doctor I ever met. Staff unbelievably arrogant ,rude and dismissive. I was asked to leave the practice because I did not see the doctor regularly and they would prefer a patient that goes more frequently. I assume its so they can charge the insurance company for each visit. Needless to say I left."

"First of all, they won’t see you in person if you have almost any symptoms. I had two telehealth appointments and was sent to the emergency aid clinic twice. I had no cough, no fever, I’m fully vaccinated, and tested. After my second teleheath appointment and 3 prior visits I decided not to return. A month later, I receive a bill for “Estb Patient Visit Expanded” for $140. I didn’t return so they invented a charge for a past visit. I had a terrible experience at this practice; do yourself a favor and find another doctors office."

"My family has been seen at this practice for over a decade and I'm sorry to say that we're noticing a decline in service. My most recent experience with contacting the answering service to request a callback from the on-call physician was appalling. The agent and the nurse practitioner were both dismissive and condescending. It makes me wonder if they are trained now to just be combative with any patient who calls, because I was in no way argumentative. I plan to follow up with our PCP Monday morning and if it doesn't go well then I think we will be looking for another practice. This treatment was unacceptable and it needs to be acknowledged and rectified."

"I have been a patient for over 10 years. They are pleasant, professional and thorough. Though a busy practice (and sometimes hard to get a person on the phone immediatley), you have the option to go to another site. Have always recieved a call back to a message within 24 hours for an appointment; and, was taken either that day or within a day or two (depending on my schedule) even if it was not my normal doctor. When my blood work or tests come in, I get a call for a follow-up appointment. Really appreciate their team of people and would recommend them."
