"This place is awful! I have been a Pt here for 29 years and this is the worst it's ever been. It seemed to have went downhill after Dr. Hawkins left the practice. They barely answer the phone, the definitely will never call you back if you leave a message and don't even bother trying to send a secured message via MyChart that won't get replied to either. One time they literally forgot about us in the room (my mother was dying of cancer) we sat there for over 1.5 hours before they admitted to forgetting us and blamed it on "high Pt volume". I can't even get in for a sick visit and resort to having to go to walk-in clinics. My doc pushes me off to other docs so I have to see numerous ppl for basic things like gyno services and an endocrinologist to monitor my cholesterol. The staff act like they could care less, some are so rude. I can't even understand how they operate this way. They refuse to tell you who the office mgr is so it's hard to voice a complaint, I've had to escalate it to the Pt advocate office for Bayhealth and that's just doing too much. I know it's difficult to find PCP's taking new Pt's right now but if you have the time just find a new place because this one will give you more of a headache than relieve it."

"I have been a patient here for years. The decline in quality of care is awful. Now I wait over an hour, sometimes two, to see the doctor. The doctor does not follow through or read any messages left by patient or nurses. His neglect in my care has led me to write the most negative review I have ever written. I have been on the waiting list for another doctor's office in the area for so long because everyone is leaving this place and filling up the other offices in this area. My family and several families I know have left due to the lack of quality care at this office."

"This place was great when it was Milford Medical Associates! The only reason why I still coming was Megan Andrews but that is going to change. The professionalism of receptionist have gone dramatically down the drain. We use to know our receptionist and now its a different person everyday!"

She asked lots of questions, took extra time to explain what was going on and how to fix the problem. She is a great listener and a terrific communicator."

"Having a hard time finding a Dr in the Milford area who is taking new patients, my fiance' found this practice which was and thought it would be a good fit for him!! Boy, was he ever wrong!! He called for several days with no answer, finally left a call back message which was never returned, when he finally did reach someone they were beyond rude when he asked to make an appointment!! The receptionist informed him THEY WERE NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS and hung up on him! If the staff represents the Drs in this practice with that unprofessional attitude, its a wonder they have patients AT ALL!!"
