"Doctor Goldstein ordered a CT. Read the CT & said my sinuses were normal. I questioned why I had persistent chronic sinus congestion & he claimed it was due to my migraines (although sinus congestion is NOT a symptom of migraine). He wrote a prescription & the pharmacy informed me my insurance required Prior Authorization. My pharmacy & I have contacted the office several times, & after 4 weeks the medication still has not been authorized."
