"They Offered a free hoodie for my previous bad review... I was upset that my father wanted what he ordered for my mother on Christmas. It finally showed up. Shes very happy with the hoodie. They had many bad reviews so I assumed it was not a real company. They are, and are willing to do what it takes to get better reviews. Just had to pay shipping. Hopefully new management will get it all straightened out."
