"They keep calling my 11-year-olds phone leaving personal medical information on voicemails for someone who had her phone number before. On hold for 20 minutes before randomly disconnecting trying to let them know. Lots of HIPAA rules being broken here."

"Update.... made an appointment a little over a week ago for this Friday took the day off get a call todayTuesday stating the doctor will not be in Friday can you please reschedule ? Again don't they know the doctors schedule before making these appointments?? I would give them zero but I cannot. I've called to schedule an appointment and left on office in 15 minutes I call back and goes directly to voicemail they scheduled me for blood work and when I get there they only have one item checked out of about 15. I'm not sure what's going on this used to be a great practice what has gone totally downhill in the last few months"

"I had a doctor’s appointment here on 7/28 for a physical and to get my fmla paperwork filled out for my leave from work due to mental health. When the doctor came in to see me he never addressed the reason for me being there, neither did he check me or send me for blood work. After hearing about my issues I was going through he just scheduled me to come back in a month. In my 40 years doing physical this was by far the worst experience ever. When I left the office I got a call stating that my insurance will no longer be accepted there and then change my appoint to a date before they stop accepting my insurance. About two days they send me a message stating that my appointment was canceled and to this day they still didn’t do my paperwork nor contacted my therapist to confirm I’m getting care there. Now I’m out of work with out pay and behind on my bills."

"If I could give this “doctors office” zero stars I would - I am glad I switched to Christianacare . They’ve dropped the ball on my sons autism diagnosis saying “ he will grow out of it and it’s because he’s in a bilingual household” Christianacare fixed every mistake they’ve made . Son had dental surgery in April and they did a physical DIDNT fax the paperwork over to dentist and the day of his surgery we had to redo the physical because they lost the paperwork. My son had RSV - we followed up with the rotating residents that they have , was told they’d “fax over the doctors notes for the days he’s missed” NEVER SENT THEM OVER . And then months later when the truancy officer inquires for this paperwork I call the office and ITS NOT DOCUMENTED ANYWHERE IN HIS CHART . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , VERY DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . DO NOT GO HERE !"

"My mother is a patient here, she’s elderly and has a lot of medical issues. Every time I take her, she sees a new resident Dr. They have no prior history of my mothers long medical history… it’s like she’s visiting the practice for the first time. We have to go over so much, again and again, every appt. There is too much going on that can be read in a few minutes in the computer. If you have to call the office for something… the least amount of time I’ve waited was 22 minutes. Everyone is nice and kind but this office and phone system is ran horribly! It would actually save me time to get in my car and go to the office in person then actually get a question answered or make an appointment then to try to call. I’ve never seen anything like it. Ever since Dr Conte left, it’s been a nightmare."
