"I hate giving bad reviews, but I feel that a place providing services for kids should be responsive and helpful. Besides messing up with billing based on a mistake they made the billing department never gets back to you. I have been leaving messages for months and I had received one call back late in the evening and never got to talk to the billing department. If you are struggling to help your child the last thing you need is added stress. I implore you to look elsewhere for services. Professionals who return your call and help you instead of causing extra stress."
