"I did not catch the employees name, but she was a new staffer and I came in today with about 6 packages, some of which were returns to multiple different locations that needed to be bagged/re-packed, scanned for QR codes, and I also had 2 packages to ship out. This employee told me she was newer and still getting the hang of things, but was extremely kind & patient with my more tedious request, and didn’t act like I was a bother. One of my shipments was for a Secret Santa, and she went as far to change the name on the return to Secret Santa for me ☺️ I come to this location often, but my experience today was fantastic and I know working retail/with customers around the holidays can be draining, so I appreciated this woman for being pleasant and helpful to me today and for spreading holiday cheer! 10/10 for this UPS store!"
"Regular customer here ! I came across this location, when my packages kept getting stolen. Nick and his staff are amazing! They send regular text and email updates when your packages arrive. They are friendly and super prompt. I would highly recommend getting a mailing address/postal box here to get your packages or mail shipped here."
