"Horrible front desk lady who will literally scream at you for asking doubt. Why would they be rude to incoming patients?"

"This practice is horrible. I called two months ago for an appointment. The earliest they had was in October. I scheduled the appointment. Even though I have been in continuous pain from a cyst in my ovary. They called the day before my appointment and said they had to reschedule. The earliest they could get me in was January or February. They do not care about patients. Receptionist is very rude. Do not go to this practice. How is a person supposed to stay in pain for months and function? Very unprofessional"

"Submitted for an appointment online since I work during their very few hours they're open. Instead of responding back to the message, they uploaded an email between the doctor and the receptionist to have me set and appointment with the receptionist. They called me, left a message, I called back and no one answered. I left a message and never received a call back. It's no wonder everyone is so sick, they can't get in to see a doctor. And please don't respond telling me to call Patient Services. I tried. No one answers. There's no point."

"So very disappointing with you guys. I was seeing Trina heyward on 700 Leah boulevard. Let's start off with this. Was baby number nine for me? I normally deliver at 36 weeks. It's normal I went on 12/26 with contractions and was set home at 3 cm dilated. Then I decided that I needed to go back because I started having contractions. Really really bad on December 30th I mean they were coming back to back and when I was checked they told me it was three4 to 5 cm. They told me to go back home after this was going to be my 9th baby. I could went home and had my baby home listening to them I knew my body was getting ready to go into labor. I always have my babies at 36 weeks, 2 days, 36 weeks and 5 days sometimes 36 weeks and 6 days. So I decided to go to St. Francis, St. Francis took me in. They took care of me when I got there after leaving Christiana. I I could barely drive myself home and I could barely walk. Those contractions were still coming strong. I listen to my instinct as soon as I left Christiana I went straight to St. Francis which is only a 13 minute drive when I got there and the doctor checked me I was 6 cm I was 6 cm contracting really bad. My water broke my 5 mins later Christiana nurse had asked me how far it was and I told her 30 minutes I would have never made it home. I would have wind up giving birth on the highway and I had my baby that same day thank you to St. Francis hospital Wilmington, Delaware. Christiana woman center. I am very disappointing. You they have the nerve to tell me to come back when my water breaks. Very disappointed You guys don't take the time out to specialize the people who have multiple babies in the past and who could dilate fast and hads preterm babies in the past 4 years whether it's going to be in 1 hour 2 hours, 4 hours. You guys got to have a better system. You guys turned me down and I could have had my baby outside somewhere. Very disappointed. Your system is horrible and I do not recommend having your baby here not to triage have me wait at least so good. 15 minutes when I got there"

"I had transferred to this hospital and before going I read the comments/reviews, I must say I partially agree. Yes, there are issues when speaking to a representative on the call to make/modify appointments or to even get an answer to general inquiry. But, when I got pass that, I met with some of the best care reps. I delivered my baby last month and I must say the care taken by my OBGYN and her team was wonderful and I'm great full for them guiding me throughout the weeks of pregnancy and childbirth. I would recommend this place. Just have patience and get pass the phone call reps."
