"I took my car in for exhaust work and a state inspection. My appointment was on a Saturday at 8 am. I received a confirmation call from Nicholas who made sure my appointment included both requests & listened while I explained my concerns about my car. He was pleasant, professional & friendly. I took my car in at 8 am on the day of my appointment and by 9:30 am Daniel reached out to let me know that the issue had been found but it would require a part that would not arrive until Monday. I chose to leave my car there with a plan to pick it up Tuesday morning before work as I often get out of work after their closing hour. Monday came & Daniel called me and detailed what had been done, breaking it all down very easily for me, and ended with a better than expected price which was greatly appreciated. When I explained I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until the following morning, Daniel said that they'd be there for a few minutes past closing and would have no problem waiting for me to get there. They went above and beyond not just with my car repair but with customer service as well."

Danny ran a test on my battery and it was exactly what I thought, after 4 years needed to be replaced.
