Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"I liked going here because it’s on my way home from work and it’s usually pretty quick. But now I’m realizing it’s quick because they’re rushing through everything and not checking what they’re doing. I noticed about a month ago that my windshield wiper fluid was freezing to my windshield in cold temps. I was so confused because I haven’t changed the fluid and it was perfectly fine last year. It wasn’t until I came here the other day and they told me they topped off my fluid that I realized someone must have added the wrong fluid one of the times that I came here this past year. I don’t know what they could have added but the liquid literally freezes. The first time it happened, I was driving and had to pull over because I couldn’t see. I’m lucky it wasn’t on a busy road. Second, they only put air in 2 of my tires!!! I know I shouldn’t have let them get that low in the first place. But it’s been so cold and I figured I would wait for my oil change since I know they put air in there anyway. Now I have uneven tires and windshield wiper fluid that freezes on my windshield. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on."

"I have gone many times but today was the worst. I stopped in 3 separate times today and each time it was busy (noon, 2 pm, and 4pm). The wait was egregious. When I showed up at 4pm the guy who greeted me said 30-35 minutes. After 55 minutes I left never having my car looked at, and having another car who came after me being allowed before me. The wait time for and "Instant" oil change with only two bays is ridiculous. I believe the root of the problem is the parent company making the workers do countless tasks that add to the time. Don't check my lights or air filters, just change the freaking oil!!!! That's the only reason I'm here!"

"Coupons expire. My vehicle has been running high pitched since oil change. My coupon was only 2 weeks out dated. Due to medical reasons, I couldn't make it prior to expire date. Instead of granting my coupon and accepting me as a loyal return customer, they know have lost my business. My coupon should not have expired until I was able to use it. I'll now go some place else who will be happy to receive my business."
