Told to continue over counter Mucinex and nose spray. No call that evening, I called in am for results. Negative, asked if dr could now call in antibiotic. Had to be seen again. First appointment less than 24 hours. Tells me money and insurance friendly not patient friendly."

"Had been coughing for several days and developed a wheezing sound in my chest.  We were in route on a long drive but my wife was able to quickly schedule an appointment over the web site through her phone for the same day.  The Pocomoke office was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.  P.A. Gina prescribed a nebulizer treatment to stop my intense non-stop coughing hacking and prescribed the medication needed to keep the congestion from getting worse in my lungs.  Feel so much better this morning.  Would definitely recommend using this location!"

"The receptionist greeted me and told a little joke making me feel right at home… Loved the white Christmas tree in the waiting room… A gentleman took me back to the room and skipped the scale which was great because who wants to know how much weight they gained at Christmas… Kudos to him! He did ask and I told him my height and weight by the way… Then the doctor came in and all I remember is her sparkling blue eyes… She checked me out and has me on the road to recovery… This was a pleasant doctor visit…"

"I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and the staff made me feel welcomed right away. They did not seem annoyed with me even I felt sorry/annoyed myself for showing up so late. The PA was great! Very knowledgeable and provided answers to why I went to be seen. One of the easiest experiences I have had. Thank you!"
