"Spoke with Wendy to follow up because I had not received a call to schedule appointment. She stated “you are going to need to call your doctors office because it’s not in the system”. I politely stated that I had called my doctors office first and they said they had sent it over. Her reply: “And I just told you it is not in our system”. Guess what Wendy? I am not a child and this is not the first time that Peninsula Imaging has said they did not have my order. In fact it’s the third time recently. Maybe a lesson in customer service is needed."

"I am very ashamed about the security they have working here.. they wouldn’t even let me walk through to drop the keys off to my husband.. and I am very ill.. the security man name Bill was very Calus. That’s not how you need to be treating people that come in… this is a Hospital first most and foremost, and it needs to be treated with kindness and respect. I understand you’re trying to do your job, but there is no reason for you to approach someone the way you did with authority when I was being nothing but kind and just asking questions and you used your authority in a negative way to try and misuse your power.. shame on you"
