"Absolutely terrible. They don't care if you need smaller payments. I've requested smaller payments multiple times because paying almost 700 a month in student loans is difficult right now in this economy and they do not care.if it doesn't benefit them then it won't work. Won't even let me put my loans in deferment. Its unfair how during covid all interest was turned into principle on our loans forcing us to pay more and pay longer. My loans have been sitting at 70 payments left for MONTHS when i have beeen making payments. Customer service is not great some of those people are rude. I wish I never chose them. DONT PICK THEM."

"Application process is easy. It is easy to get a live person on the phone to help with issues. But….. the interest rate is SKY HIGH! My credit score is in the 800s and got over 11%. Also rate does not adjust to the balance of the loan. It stays 11% of the borrowed amount until it’s paid. Easy to get a loan but you pay for it!"

"The worst loan company ever. Didn’t fully explain the deferment options until i was running out of them. Explained that i would be willing to make payments but they are asking for monthly payments outside of my current income which is ridiculous and when i call they CSR’s laugh at the struggles im dealing with. The worst student loan company ever. Also they are private loans and aren’t eligible for any forgiveness which is something i didn’t know until it was too late but they told me other wise before i sent my applications in for the assistance."

"Still haven't received a call from them. They messed up my credit score. Even on a deferment, they report to the credit bureau that you are delinquent with payments. Idk why so many points are taken off your credit report. I guess you're better off dead if you can't pay full payments."

"The way the school processes their lab fees was very confusing on top of having nervousness about having to open loans. Each person I spoke to out of the many many calls asking for information and clarity was very nice and informative and I feel like all of my questions have been answered and the fine print is understood and explained in a way I could understand. I have never had a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone, and I am grateful this is an reasonable option to make the extra costs of college possible so dreams can be pursued. I inquired about the reviews about the payments and was told that payments can also be accepted over the phone in lieu of the web so that was an extra bit of reassurance. The ability to refinance after graduation to remove a co-signer is also a HUGE sigh of relief! Thank you for helping students dreams within reach!!"
