"I called Friday afternoon several times to make an appointment for a diagnostic mammogram. Each time I got a voicemail. I left a message and also requested an appointment via their website. It is now Tuesday and have not received a call back. I ended up making an appointment elsewhere, where they actually answer the phone and I scheduled an appointment right away. Very poor customer service."
"I was nervous and apprehensive about the whole MRI procedure. I must say it was a breeze. Jamie at the front desk was not only kind, but she also was super knowledgeable and prepared. I then saw Paul, The Tech., who also was very kind and professional. He played me some rock and roll to help pass the time. The MRI machine was as open as possible and was not bad at all. Just don't open your eyes and you will be fine. I give them both a thumbs up. Barbara A."
"My wife, being extremely claustrophobic and anxious about MRI's was totally pleased with the experience. Had 2 MRI's done back-to-back. The staff from the girls at the front desk to her technician couldn't have been more understanding, thoughtful, helpful and professional. What could have been a terrible day turned into a non-event. Great facility!!!"
"Should have paid $96.15 OOP for an MRI. They charged me $500.00, then referred to their billing dept. The billing folks are too busy to answer the phone. Do Not Use this facility. They're good at taking your money, but poor at correcting their errors. I wonder how the girl at the desk would have felt if I took $500.00 from her."
"I've used them for years for everything including ultrasounds, x-rays, mammograms and MRIs. They're always fast, courteous, friendly and accommodating not to mention convenient to 202 and the PA Turnpike. There's no reason to go anywhere else."
