"We are considering relocating to DE, and wanted to check out the local dog park. The visitors, animal and human, were friendly and welcoming. The ground cover is mulch, which cuts down on muddy paws. There was even a large bowl with water available. Very thoughtful. There are a few agility pieces in both the small and large dog areas Benches and seating areas are available for pet parents, and a large tree for resting in the safe for the fur babies m We all enjoyed the visit, very much."
"My 5 stars are because it exists, and more dog parks are good. As a dog park I give it a C-. The designers should have gone and watched dogs at a dog park, then they might realize the obstacles are just pee post taking up running lanes. Dogs don't use these. Moreover, the sections don't make much sense as a small dog area doesn't need that much space. Mulch is a terrible choice, why spend the money put a black mulch barrier and to cover up grass? Also it could have easily been larger without bothering normal park traffic. A larger fenced in area with grass and zero obstacles would have not only been cheaper, but a better dog park. Still glad it's there. Plenty of nice benches. No water."
