"Today was my first time going to Delaware Imaging upon signing in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was waited on in a timely fashion. All of the staff were kind and patient. I felt at ease getting my needed services. They were professional and had great customer service skills. The office and rooms were very clean. Delaware Imaging is my go to place if needed in the future.."
"The reception was very hospitable. The technician, was very rough. She maneuvered me so harshly that my mouth hit the face shield. When I reacted audibly, her reaction was as though nothing happened. There was no empathy or compassion. It would've been much nicer to be treated as a 'person' paying for a service."
"I needed few X-rays. I was able to walk in and front desk staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I was able to get the whole process completed and walk out of there in less than 30 minutes. Imaging staff was very professional and helpful. Awesome service!"
"First time and will not go here again. Waited over an hour before being called. I understand shortage of staff at desk but will not accept rude behavior. Shame because techs were very pleasant and friendly but young lady at 2nd floor check in needs more training or find a new job. Never again will I waste my time here!"
