"One of the store clerks (woman with neck length curly hair) fully told my father that if he's not buying the shoe, she's not going into storage to get it for him to try on. Like how is he supposed to know he'll buy the shoe if he hasn't even tried it on yet?? do you not know how shopping works? Kinda weird how all he asked for was the shoe he liked in his size and she responded like that. oh no we're making her do her job? how inconsiderate of us! Anyways, all the other store clerks were super nice and helpful! I will make sure not to be served by her next time :) ps. he still bought the shoe after being spoken to like that, at full price too."
"Bought a pair of slippers for myself. The clerk gave me one used shoe that was on display and the other new. The display one is clearly faded and the shape is not in good condition. Called the store and nothing they can do about it. I have drive 2 hours round trip just to exchange one used shoe."
"I didnt buy anything during this visit but the young gentleman who helped us out (i wish i remembered his name) was awesome. His customer service was amazing. I learned quite a bit during the visit. I do have many pairs of clarks shoes though and i love them! They are extremeley comfortable and never go out of style!"
"Fairly good selection with great sale prices. You can try the shoes on at the store, pay for them and they tend to ship them to your home. Pretty good arrangement in my opinion. Wait for Sales though. I've been able to get regularly priced $99+ shoes for two pairs for $99. Simply can't beat the quality."
"My initial two visits were great!! However, I called PNCe to check on an order that was totally forgotten about. An order for shoe trees that fit size 9-91/2. The clerk was a little abrasive and did not give me an opportunity to speak and explain. The Manager seemed forceful in the way I was told to approach my potential purchase. But my first two visits were great!"
