"I went to the AT&T store to upgrade my old phone which was at the end of its life. As soon as I walked in, Gawayne offered to assist me. This guy was just amazing. I told to him what I wanted in a new phone and he showed me several choices. He explained the differences and never tried to up sell me something I didn't need. After only a few minutes I picked out my new phone. Gawayne transferred everything from my old phone to the new one and installed a new protective screen. I was out the door in no time at all.
