"Yesterday I attempted to return a pair of trousers I had purchased two days prior. They were faulty and the material was splitting in at least two places after wearing them for FOUR HOURS. Multiple staff in there refused point blank to provide a refund because I had worn them. They even questioned me to what I had been doing in them. I responded I was at work (I never gave information about the type of work I do). They automatically assumed I had a physical job and responded well if you were bending and moving in them. Trousers should be able to sustain me moving in them for a few hours without splitting otherwise they are not fit for purpose. They were so rude and obnoxious. Where 24 hours later I returned the same trousers to a store in NYC and got a full refund no issue. I did not get a interrogation to what I had been doing in them and they were horrified by the experience I received."
