"Very disappointed. I spent $24 on 2 large mylar balloons (a rainbow #4 and a unicorn) for my nieces 4th birthday on Saturday. Balloons were beautiful. I loaded them into my car and drove about 20mins to the party destination (Urban Air in Newark). After arriving and tying the balloons to the birthdays girls chair both balloons were nearly deflated and continued to deflate. With in 2 hours both balloons were flat and laying in the floor. Total rip off and even more disappointing to see the sadness in my 4 year old nieces face. Don’t wast ur money on balloons here. I have Mylar balloons from dollar tree still inflated and floating from my bday in early October."
"I’ve been going to Fulton’s since they opened off 202 in Wilmington and have continued once they opened in Middletown..Looking at the website and seeing them display the life size Trump replica, I will never do business with Fulton’s again. And with me I take family, friends, coworkers and many many more.. Everyone has their own preferences but when your a business and put this type of advertisement directly in my face it’s offensive."

"Service was friendly, but I had to wait for a long time before anyone offered to help me. A gentleman who came in after me left before he could order anything. Also, be aware that the 10% off coupon you get for signing up on the email list cannot be used for balloon orders. And I'm surprised at the range in customer experience. Not accusing, just really hope it isn't for a reason because I do like this store."
