"I contacted this studio by email before a girls trip to see if they had an instructor willing to meet us at the beach to do a morning yoga session. Kate was very helpful in setting up the perfect area to meet and the cost was also very reasonable (compared to another studio I contacted). Kate also set us up with a wonderful instructor, Helen. Helen met us on time with a friendly smile and some pretty amazing dreads! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was only my second time doing yoga and the other girls do not do yoga regularly. We had a great time and I am so thankful that this studio was able to make our girls trip a memorable one."
