Coach Alex specializes in maximizing the efficiency and power of techniques through body mechanics knowledge, while Coach K brings a fun and unique approach to teaching Taekwon-Do.

The classes for children are fantastic. I have seen kids become strong, confident, and respectful. They leave class with smiles on their faces and do not want to leave the mat. The instructors and members are always incredibly supportive, friendly, and always treat you with respect. The instruction given is easy to follow. My daughter started over 1 year ago and has reached a whole new level in her BJJ journey and has gained some serious kick butt skills in Kickboxing. Instead of sitting and watching classes, I started over 1 month ago and hate to miss a class. I have lost 23 pounds since September. We attend classes almost every night of the week.
