"After 20+ years, our vertical blind headrail decided it had enough, and needed to be replaced. My wife and I, liked the color and pattern of our blinds, wanted to keep them and simply wanted replace the headrail and hardware. We were having a difficult time finding parts that would work with our existing blinds and valance. I called numerous window treatment businesses throughout DE trying to get some assistance. Literally every business I called either told me they simply couldn't help, or tried to talk me into buying a completely new set of blinds for $750! Yeah, I don't think I'll be calling "3 Day Blinds," again any time soon. Susan @ Cochran Design Services, was the only person who listened to us, and offered help. I wished I had called Susan first. She found everything we needed to repair our headrail issues, and for only $150. Installation was so easy!
