"Do yourself a favor and do not purchase furniture here. We ordered multiple items and the first item dropped off was a dining room set. The delivery drivers were in a rush as it was 4:30 on a Saturday and they had two more jobs to do that night. They quickly brought everything into our house, had us sign and left. They left a mess that we had to clean up after spending thousands of dollars with this company and then while cleaning it up we noticed a stain on one of our chairs and a chip on the bench. We then went into Ashley Furniture today and they told us we need to call customer service. They also said we have 72 hours to call this line and they’re not even open on Sunday.Why have a customer service desk in your store if you’re just going to tell customers to call a number and not assist them in store? Terrible service all around."
