"This location of Ross dress for less is doing pretty well to serve the neighborhood for clothing, home decor, shoes and many other essential items in a reasonable price. They are not very expensive like many other popular stores yet their quality is great for the prices. Their staff are friendly and helpful in case you are looking for something different and you don’t find, just ask for it to anyone works in the store. They keep adding new items regularly so keep visiting the store frequently. If you need something and you’re low on budget I would recommend Ross!"

"Generally the employees are very nice but today one cashier was very rude to my mother for no apparent reason. My mother went to check out her things and realized she doesn’t have her card with her so she had to put the things away. I came to the store at around 3 PM (11/25) with the card, we got a few more things and went to check out. At the cash register my mom was waiving at the cashier who checked out her things the 1st time. That cashier ignored my mother for a while and then she started making fun of my mother by waiving her hands back vigorously, making rude expressions, and mimicking her. The she kept saying “ma’m the line is over there” even though we waited in the line for our turn to check out, we didn’t just cut the line and she clearly saw us at the line. After she said that a few times, she finally gave the things my mom got the 1st time to the cashier that was checking us out the second time and she gave this really rude attitude. Then my mom was trying to say she doesn’t want everything in the bag (the 1st bag before she got her card), she wants to put some things away and that 1st cashier gave us dirty looks & started getting annoyed and whispered something. Thankfully the second cashier understood what my mom was trying to say and took out what she didn’t want from the first bag and checked us out. I let my mom talk because I want her to learn how to get around, but with these kinds of toxic people it’s impossible to do that cuz they’re very close minded and all they do is humiliate others whenever they get the chance. I’m very disappointed with this employee’s attitude. I didn’t wanna create a scene but if this ever happens again I have to complain to the manager, nobody should be treated like that no matter what."
