"I love rainbow but this location is ran by a handful of racist south Philly white ladies. It’s the only rainbow in this area but I hate coming because of their rancid vibes. I politely asked for help finding a black mini skirt bc I was in a time crunch and the cashier told me to “use my eyes” and if I didn’t see it they didn’t have it. They are an embarrassment to the franchise."

"The employee at this Store (South Broad street) Heather is rude and doesn’t know customer service at all! She said something to me and my daughter in a very disgusting way. I hope corporate will do something about this."

"They carry my favorite, wax brand jeans, at a great price. Only thing is they put too much stuff on the racks and things are constantly falling. So annoying"

"They have a good choice of clothes to chose from but if you go a half hour before closing the (I'm only assuming who I think is the manager) tells the customers they are closing in 10 minutes. This has happened numerous times that I've been there. No one asks if you need help and the employees ask if your paying cash or card when I walk in at 630pm so they can close out thier drawer. They curse in front of customers. But the girl in the front of the store is welcoming and is always nice and will help you. The store is always organized and clean which is why I go there still."
