"After having a less than stellar experience at a chain bridal store, I went to Claire's on the recommendation of a friend. What a difference! From the moment I was greeted at the front door to the moment I checked out, I was nothing short of impressed. Being a plus-sized bride, I was worried that there may not be enough styles of dresses for me to try on in store. But Claire's delivered! I was able to "favorite" dresses online ahead of time, and those dresses were already pulled for me when I arrived. I worked with Samantha, who reviewed each dress with me, and offered new suggestions. She helped clip each dress exactly into position where it should be when I tried them on. She took my feedback, offered her expertise, and just generally was so kind and awesome to work with. My expectations had been low (since my first dress shopping experience at another store was so disappointing), so I did not have my mom with me at my first Claire's appointment. When I asked Samantha if I could make another appointment for the next day, so that I could bring my mom to see the dress before I purchased it, she was incredibly accommodating. I went back the next day, and was even able to purchase my dress off the rack, since my timeline to wedding day was tight. I felt so beautiful in my dress, and she even picked out different straps that looked even better than the ones the dress came with originally! Every bride needs to shop at Claire's!!"

"Claire's was great! We had Debbie who was so helpful. I had no idea what I wanted but my dress was the third one I tried on. She pulled multiple styles for me and this one worked! We did use the entire allotted time trying on other option as well. I was nervous starting to dress shop as a plus sized bride but I had multiple options here. Claire's had multiple veil and jewelry options even though I did not use their jewelry I was glad I had the time to browse. It was a great experience and I was one and done with dress shops!"
