"The leasing staff is very welcoming. I recently decided to lease at The Channel after touring and I am looking forward to enjoying the surrounding area as well as the amenities. Most importantly, the complex has their own dog park, which is generous in the amount of space it offers for my dog. All things considered, I don’t know of a better location or better value in the area. This apartment complex stood out from many that I toured in the Navy Yard and Wharf area. Definitely worth taking the time to tour and deciding for yourself. The location and price point is hard to beat."

"Moved back to DC in 2018 when I discovered the new developments along the Wharf. I subsequently toured the Channel and was immediately sold. Amazing two level gym, lots of lounge space, and several other amenities that have enriched my quality of life. The area is safe, convenient and give you access to public transportation, airport, fine dining, entertainment, parks and recreation, grocery store, nearby police and fire station, and among all else the view! There is a concert venue beneath the building which I was aware of before moving in but it has never bothered me. My neighbors have always been pleasant and the community is non intrusive. Some have complained about a few things such as dog poo, noise level and coffee machine access but these issues have hardly impacted my overall experience and are somewhat expected living in a popular location. If you’re someone that enjoys simple pleasures, small footprint living (no car, work in walking distance, inexpensive taste, etc.) and not bothered by small rules that you agree to follow, then you will love this community."
