"Would give negative stars if I could. This website is a complete scam that utilizes photos of completely different dresses to sell very cheaply manufactured garments. On top of this, even if you return an item for its poor quality, MsDressly completely ghosts you and never refunds you (even though their website promises refunds for returns). It has been months since I’ve emailed them my return shipment delivery confirmation. I used to receive an automated email but now I don’t even receive those anymore. Plus their phone line is a dead one. If anyone initiates a legal case or class action against this company, count me in."
"I purchased 2 dresses. They did not fit. I inquired through email on how to return. They replied that I must “send us your shipment receipt and send return tracking number. We will be unable to confirm your return without the return tracking number. NO RETURN TRACKING NUMBER, NO REFUND” There was no shipment receipt in the package. I emailed twice asking for a return tracking number. No reply. I phoned them 5 times and left message. No one answers and no one returns your call. I advise not to order from this company. Additionally their material is very cheap."
