Lucky for me she actually used to be a pre school teacher and is thus an expert slime maker! She was able to help me customize the look and texture of my slime and choose charms. She really took her time with me and made me feel appreciated. Five stars!"

"They still had necessary items for the season on Dec 1st. They were having a sale already too. Some item fabulously cost efficient already, others down to only slightly less than online but ready today. One fabulous male helper checking on everyone, helping with everything. One female shop worker, being rude to everyone and discouraging seasons greetings anyway she could."

"I loves Michaels but I've been really disappointed by the customer service at this location. I didn't quite know what I wanted from a frame and mat and was exploring options but the person seemed annoyed and condescending. A manager was rude when I brought something up thinking it was on sale and when I went back to her with a picture of the sign on top of a pile of what I brought, she just walked away and was rude to an associate about the mistake. There have been other times so I started going to a slightly farther location, which has stuff in better shape anyway!"

"Great location and great staff! Bought something online and came in to pick it up in store. Online pickup was super easy and fast. The item was slightly damaged and I came back to do a replacement and they handled it quickly and I was in and out in 2 minutes. Definitely would recommend shopping here for frames and other crafting stuff!"

We were fortunate enough to be helped by Carla who guided us through the process of choosing a matte and custom frame, helping us to the furthest extent such as price reductions concerning different materials and went through hoops upon hoops to look for exactly what we were looking for. As we were checking out, we were greeted by Cheryl who led us through their self checkout system and sorting out through their promotional discounts and sales. Although the prices are on the higher side, it makes sense for custom jobs alongside impeccable customer service."
