"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DISHONEST AND SCAM ARTISTS. Jeff & Jeanine Scott are both Thieves. They Sold me a Yamaha "C7" Grand Piano and insisted it was in pristine condition. I wanted to back out of the deal because I am located in Florida and they were making me wait to purchase it for several months. I was threatened that I needed to continue with the purchase of the piano. I against my better judgment bought the piano. I just got it in Florida this week and this Piano is complete junk. There is a crack in the soundboard and several pressure ridges. The case is completely scratched all over. The key bushings need to be replaced. The strings and pins are rusted. Lastly the inside of it is covered in dirt. I contacted Jeff Scott about the issues and he told me it was basically my problem. He misrepresented the condition of the Piano. He told me it was inspected by his technician and to give him a call. I called his technician that said he never had it inspected. I will be taking legal action to get my money back. The Owners are Liars and Thieves. It would be a mistake to do business with them."
