"Visited this store for the first time today and as if they will even care, but I won’t be coming back. Walked in and the three staff members there turned to look at me and my daughter when I said “Hello”, spoke and then quickly turned away. No “How can I help you?” or “Do you need assistance?”. We stood there and waited to see if they’d turn around and I had to say that I had a question before anyone acknowledged us again. I didn’t know the store was there and was happy to see it because I needed to see if they could change a battery and possibly refinish one of the watches I had scratched. I’m not sure if this is due to a lack of customer service skills or if they made the assumption that we weren’t worth the time to assist but either way, it’s not the way to treat a customer and reflects poorly on the company brand. Do better!"

Gabby was able to help me find and select the perfect watch. The customer services I received from her was OUTSTANDING. For anyone who is interested in purchasing a watch from Movado I highly suggest you do it through Gabby. I honestly couldn't be anymore satisfied!!"
