It is a fantastic school filled with many student opportunities for physical health, mental health, and leadership. The school focuses on physical strength and endurance through intense workouts that create power behind all techniques. Working yourself out physically also helps the student mentally, as they are able to push themselves beyond their limits and achieve personal fitness goals. A word of the month is taught in order to help the students understand the qualities of a good leader, including SWAT opportunities for student helpers and later student instructors.
