"The communication with this company is absolutely ridiculous! I was so happy at first that the school was going through this company other than Lifetouch with their high prices. As far as for their pictures we did receive those and was happy with them for the most part however, with their YEARBOOK services, omg! So my CC was recently stolen and i had to get a new one and not only is there no way to update payment information but trying to get customer service on the line is so time consuming to get no one. I have received a letter of final attempt for payment a week ago and I have been calling tirelessly and cannot connect to anyone. I was on the phone for literally 23 mins and because I'm at work I had to hang up. I not only was purchasing one yearbook but two for my twins. This has made me so upset and if my yearbooks get canceled I will be so infuriated and will have to talk to the school as I know another parent who's also having issues. This review is my last resort to get someone to hopefully get in contact me to get this right as there is only less than a month of school left. Your company really needs to provide better customer service but better ways to update payment information."
