"The staff such as directors are horrible the kids does not learn here.The place smells awful in there My kids were going here I had to take them out because they were not learning and the director janai wright was a lier kids being injured with no incident report it’s horrible I posted a video of the incident of how the director responded when she was confronted about the issues she tried to lie and say someone was trying to be aggressive"

"I have never left a review negatively on anything but I could not in good conscience as a mom not write this. I sent my child to this daycare and had a bad gut feeling from the beginning. The first day, they took me to the room and said to the teachers “got another one” and then rolled their eyes. There was always someone different each day and to this day, I’m not sure who the actual teacher was for that age group. They were unorganized overcharging me at times and were not friendly to myself or my child. The kids are just numbers to them.There were constantly kids crying and i would watch the caregivers not even go to them to console them. My child was never happy and I should have listened to my gut. I will not make this mistake again but I urge you parents to listen to your gut and find a place where your child is truly loved to help them thrive. This place is sadly not that."

"I had to change childcare providers because I was transferring mg to a new location in Milford with my job. I am so sad I had to and my child had to leave this wonderful place. Yes I was an over watchful parent who wanted the rules bent for me but the new office staff was not letting that happen as much as I wanted them to they wouldn’t and I’m glad. Communication here is great Bre and Tiffany(I think that’s her she was new when I left in Nov) know their job and give great service to families when they walk in. Either of them always say good morning or evening and have had general conversations with many families making us feel at home. The teachers are wonderful and kind I only wish they talked a bit more professionally. The classroom communication in the app was wonderful and i loved it. I left to go to Kidz Ink and let’s just say it’s just a pretty place. I never once even when behind on a payment got an unpleasant greeting or rude call or email from them. I truly miss this place and my daughter does too."
