"The service was good. Being a new resident in the area I didn't know what to expect. Went in to check a tire leak and left with 4 new tires, alignment work and a much lighter wallet. It was all correct action, just unexpected and not very timely. I will probably be back."

They point out safety problems that need to be addressed. When shopping for tires, they work with the customer to find the best possible price to fit ones budget. "The service was timely and neat. One thing that really impresses me with In & Out Tire is the exceptional level of professionalism from the staff. The offices are busy with a mix of walk in and telephone service requests. Every single customer is treated with respect and with courtesy regardless of the level of automotive knowledge. The time is taken to explain in detail what needs to be done, and all costs are disclosed up front. The office space is neat, it's clean and well maintained. While waiting for my vehicle I over heard the office manager tell a customer that "we are in the business to fix cars right" when a customer was negotiating over a partial repair that would have left the vehicle in an unsafe condition. The staff very patiently and politely walked that customer who had a limited budget and limited knowledge through multiple, and very reasonable repair and financing options to keep the vehicle street legal, safe, and road worthy. I highly recommend Trick Tucks and In and Out Tire Pro."

"Got in for oil change and tire swap faster than expected. Good pricing. Fast service. Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area. Would give 5 stars but the tires I had put on ended up being quite a bit over inflated. Had to stop a few times on the way home to get the tire pressure down to specs. Will absolutely use them again."
