"This kind man came to my house on the time that they Said they would and he explained everything to me and now I'm getting a new heater and we are getting our ducts cleaned Today and heater on this Wednesday. We are financing the cost of the 2 things that we are getting and the monthly payment is very affordable! Would definitely recommend! Today I believe her name was Laura came with her worker and did a wonderful job!! THEY are even lending us a space heater until they get the new heater in. They are wonderful caring people as well. Would definitely recommend them!! The kind man came today nice and early and turned the water heater back on and now everything is running smoothly! I can't thank them enough. Very much, I would definitely recommend them. And their prices are very reasonable as well!!"

"Top notch service. First time using this company and I'm glad I did. I was able to book a next day appointment for my heater troubles on their easy to use website. Charles showed up well within the given time frame. He was friendly, professional and courteous. Charles inspected my system and walked me through everything he checked as he checked it. He was able to get my heat running for the time being while ordering the parts needed. Update: Charles came back a week later and replaced my blower fan and motor. Same great service. Such a great worker with a wonderful attitude. I will be referring this company to all my friends, and family! "Recently I decided to replace my 32 year old hydronic boiler and 19 year old 50 gallon water heater, both of which I am certain was not efficient. So I began my research for HVAC companies, and the first four Google recommended, I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate, with only three responding, McGinley Services being one of them. With my Drafting and DIY background, I had a figure of what I think it should cost. Each person I met for the estimate used the same HVAC jargon so I felt confidence that I was comparing apples to apples. I decided on McGinley Services because their estimate came in closest to what I was expecting it should cost. Besides the fair price, communication and customer service appears is to be a major part of their business model. I got email and text messages upon signing the contract, got email and text reminders of the installation dates, and got email and text messages of when and who will be showing up at my residence, to include photos of the technician(s). Frank, Loren, Bobby and Brent were all professionals and worked as a unit. They had no issues answering any of my questions before and after the install. Actually, I had provided a schematic drawing of how my thermostats were configured with my current system, and Frank said that was helpful. He graciously provided me with a schematic of the new configuration after installation without me asking for it, which I appreciated. Based on their recommendations I decided on the Navien Combi Boiler. I did research after Frank recommended it and compared with installed components. They did not cut corners. Workmanship is topnotch and they hauled away the old boiler, hot water tank and even haul away concrete blocks that they previously sat on. Even patch the old exhaust holes to chimney. Now I have more space in my utility room. Rule of thumb, research before hiring anyone, but look no further than McGinley Services for your HVAC needs. Frank answered all my email quickly."
