"I was very excited to take my son here as he is autistic; however when we arrived, the place was packed with people in a very tiny space. Most of the children there were not special needs, which is not an issue for me, but this was supposed to be a place that I didn’t have to apologize for my son who is non verbal and doesn’t know how to wait in line or follow many other social cues. I thought I’d finally be able to go to place that I wouldn’t need to apologize for my son being himself. Unfortunately that was not the case, and I found myself apologizing constantly that my son with autism doesn’t understand that he can’t go on the trampoline bc there are already three kids on it. Maybe going to an open play wasn’t the best time to bring my nonverbal son on the spectrum. It was extremely loud and way too many people for such a small area. I don’t feel like the open play should be advertised for special needs children when 98% of the kids there were neurotypical. I could have paid the same price for a much larger facility and my son could have had more space and I could have apologized for my son’s Neurodivergent playing the same amount that I did at your establishment."

"Lots of things for my kid to play with, but it was a bit grubby. The swings also loudly creaked and squeaked which could cause issues for kids with sensory problems. It's also $14, not $12 as advertised."

"Amazing spot. I went to meet other special needs parents and am blown away. The kids while loud were happy. Staff made sure everyone was safe and talked to the kids like human beings. They treated them with respect and the quiet room was respected. Headphones and sensory items on hand. I usually avoid play gyms with my son having different OT and sensory needs but not here. So happy!"

Easiest party I've ever had to plan. - private party - equipment for all ages - staff handles everything for you - clean and organized - staff was very friendly - prices were reasonable - they allow outside food but have pizza packages Highly recommend!"

"We celebrated our daughter's birthday here and we loved the experience from start to finish. The staff took care of everything. Booking was a breeze and they outlined what to expect clearly. They decorated the room beautifully and served all food to the kids. The kids loved playing in the gym with so many options for every kid. Highly recommend!"
