"As a young woman, I had a terrible experience at Ed's Auto Repair. I trusted the technicians with my vehicle, and to be honest, they tried to charge me 110 dollars for a simple oil change. They lied and claimed that I hadn't provided them with the make, model, and year of my vehicle, even though I had called ahead to confirm that they were aware of those details and to get an estimated price, which they claimed should have been "in the 60-dollar range." They proceeded to say “just come and pick the car up I’m not going to arguing over a little oil change I don’t even want to work on the car” CarMax needs to remove them of repair pal they don’t need their loyal customers coming here extremely rude!!! I would not recommend coming here this was my first experience and it was terrible!!!!! If I could give them no stars I would"
